14-day money-back returns policy

We offer all our customers a 14-day “no quibble” money-back guarantee: if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Clogau Gold jewellery or watch for any reason, you may return it, unworn and in it’s original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange . However, this returns policy does not apply to earrings. Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange an item

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a more expensive piece, simply forward the difference in payment along with your original item and the item code of the item you wish to order within 14 days of receipt.

If the item you want to exchange for is less expensive than the item you originally ordered, we will reimburse your credit card or send you a cheque (depending on your initial form of payment) for the difference in cost.

Jewellery repairs

We pride ourselves on producing high quality jewellery and watches. However, if your jewellery or watch has a manufacturing fault, please return it to us so that we can assess the item before handing it to our craftsmen. If your jewellery or watch is damaged in any way that does not appear to be a manufacturing fault, (for example, if it was accidentally damaged), we will discuss with you any repair options and costs before proceeding.

There's a problem with my warranty-covered item

The Clogau Gold two-year manufacturer warranty covers your Clogau Gold jewellery and watches against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. To be covered, 
the item must have been purchased directly from Gregory’s Jewelers and must exhibit a manufacturing fault or mechanical failure of watch movement parts.

To obtain service under the warranty, proof of purchase is required. Should your jewellery or watch prove defective (at our discretion) within two years from the date of purchase, you will be entitled to either a repair free of charge,  replacement with the same item, a replacement with a succeeding item if the returned item has been discontinued, an exchange for an item of the value stated on the receipt or a credit to the purchase value stated on the receipt.
