Legal Governance Your use of this site and any contract between you and Gregorys Jewellers for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Order acceptance The contract between you and gregorys jewellers  for the sale by it to you of any product will commence when we accept your order by an ‘Order Confirmation’ e-mail sent to you. That acceptance will be deemed complete and for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that we send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. Gregorys Jewellers reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

Postage All Orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery "Remember for security Delivery" someone must be at home to sign for the delivery. If nobody can be at home the postman will leave a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements.

All Orders are fully insured by us while in transit with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Right to cancel: You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. A reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) and return the goods (at our risk), by Royal Mail Special Delivery with a covering letter. This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period.

Returning your Item (s): If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it, unworn and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
